align marketing on audit, get them to push when ready
marketing collateral can be prepared first even if website isn't ready
1-1 with J and write smth out
- What we're not happy with Eno about
- What we're not happy with Bart and why

Problems with Eno:

He goes dark a lot and becomes uncontactable
He doesn't know the product well enough to sell it and made no effort to learn it until very recently
Feels like he is all over the place, and despite traveling a lot all over the place, that has not manifested into deals
What is the point of going to all this Dubai blockchain summit, KBW, whatever, zero impact, are we paying for him to travel and have fun?
Doesn't want to take any responsibility
Seems quite stubborn and cognitively inflexible and chooses to "manage up" rather than actually get better

On our side:

It was not exactly clear what we wanted him to do (we brought him on for comms/marketing, moved him to sales), and potentially this whiplash is very bad
If Eno is not able to sell, why have we made 0 progress on sales regardless? We have two founders here, why Jesse and J can't sell? If they can't sell, is it really fair for us to blame Eno for making no sales?

Possible upside:

Certainly the product side is not for him, but on the other hand, he might be a superpower on the TOKEN side (CLOUD) -- it becomes on us to sell the vision to him, and then from him to sell to others
It is not clear whether this amount of community participation serves us well (for example also Wonderland S2, card, etc.)
Next steps: observe what he does with Sanctum V2, and see how it goes. If by Jul, still shit, then
